What do you do if you just lost custody of your children?

Well, if you are Britney Spears you drop your kids off to your ex-husband's bodyguard (driving the car without a license) Then drive over to the tanning salon and work on your brown besty-ness. Head over to the DMV to see if you can clear up that nasty little problem of not having a valid driving license and then get some cocktails at the Peninsula Hotel.


As if that wouldn't be exhausting enough, Spears capped her night having dinner at Nobu in Malibu.

Federline and Spears are due back in court on Friday.
