Spears: On the Road Again

Britney Spears isn't letting a pesky little thing like not having a drivers license keep her from squiring around her two boys.
Despite being charged Friday with misdemeanor charges of hit and run and driving without a license, Spears was driving about Los Angeles Tuesday with Jayden James, 2 and Sean Preston, 1.
On Friday, Los Angeles City Attorney's office spokesman Frank Mateljan told Usmagazine.com, "According to DMV records in California, no license has ever been issued to [Spears]." When we asked him about today's photos, Mateljan said, "[The case] is only regarding that particular day of August 6 and that particular matter. It doesn’t matter if she has or doesn’t have a license now."
If you notice, Sean and Jayden look quite nervous about being in the car with Mom. "HOLD ON Baby Bro! Momma's got the crazy face on again! Help us, ya'll!"
