Spears Drinking Hours Before VMA's

Well, this explains things.
Britney Spears was allegedly sippin' margaritas rather than working on her MTV Video Music Award performance last week in Las Vegas.
Multiple news outlets are reporting today that Spears showed up for rehearsals on Saturday, frozen margarita in hand, to go over her "Gimme More" performance.
A source for Page Six in the New York Post states: "The dance number was spectacular -- without her, Britney ... refused to do anything. The more complicated dance moves had to be erased because she couldn't do them."
Spears was seen partying for days prior to her train wreck performance with the likes of P. Diddy and .50 Cent.
Apparently, magician Criss Angel pulled out of his end of the performance after seeing how not-seriously America's Favorite Pop Tartlet was taking the rehearsals.
Spears was said to have been drinking all day prior to getting on stage Sunday night. The explains her doe-eyed, lackluster, craptastic display.
