Hudgens rich new house
Who doesn't want to be rich and famous, and who doesn't want to have a luxurious house? Sooner or later this post would have emerged, and well finally it has. Stars, she's rich by doing 3 installments of High School Musical and which teenager does not want to be as rich as her?
Common. She has already gotten/ or well bought her own house--woowee
Heard that the house was supposed to be sold at $3.3 million but well she bargained and used her charm to get it at $2.75 million. Which is like so damn expensive. I mean i couldn't afford that. Not many can lol. Lucky Hudgens

"High School Musical" star Vanessa Hudgens has managed something many college grads haven't done: buy her first home.
The 19-year-old purchased a 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom Tuscan-style house in Studio City, CA for a cool $2.75 million. The 5,200 square foot stunner features amenities even Sharpay would be jealous of: Pebble Tec pool and spa, Thermador appliances, and wine cellar. And we can totally picture Vanessa's main squeeze Zac Efron as a cabana boy (yes, the house has one of those too).
So how did can Vanessa pay for the pricey pad? Aside from the hefty pay raise she negotiated for the upcoming big screen version of "High School Musical 3," she's also a spokesperson for Neutrogena and Sears.
She also bought the house at a bargain. According to the L.A. Times, the property was originally listed for $3.3 million. While that may be considered a steal, it's certainly more than any of us can afford, especially in today's economy!
